At VGN Boulevard, we’re here to smash the myth that vegan food has to be healthy, sensible, or boring. And let’s be clear about something else too: for us, going vegan was never about health or the environment. It’s about the animals. Full stop. That’s the fearless compassion behind everything we cook.
Being vegan isn’t a restrictive diet, it’s a stance. Our job is to make switching away from meat an absolute no-brainer, showing everyone that eating with a conscience can be proper filthy. Whether you’re a lifelong vegan or a die-hard meat eater curious about alternatives, we’re here to prove compassion tastes better than you think.

OUR MISSION
VGN Boulevard didn’t start as a trailer. It started as a restaurant in Stourbridge, where we spent six years serving up plant-based food we believed in. When the time came to close its doors, for a mix of economic reasons and because the town, and our own health, had changed too much for us to carry on there, we weren’t ready to stop.
So we went smaller and got moving. First it was gazebos, cooking wherever we could set up. Now it’s an all-electric trailer, taking indulgent plant-based street food to pop-ups, local events, and private functions across the West Midlands.
It’s a family affair: it’s me, Ben, and my wife Nicola, with plenty of support from our parents. Different setup, same reason we started in the first place.
